Building the Foundation for a Lifetime of Confidence.
Specialized Myofunctional, Feeding, and Speech Therapy for families who refuse to settle for “wait and see.”
How can I help?
Feeding
The Struggle: Dinner ends in tears; textures are scary; the "menu" is shrinking.
The Breakthrough: A child who learns how to chew food without fear and explores foods independently.
Speech
The Struggle: Pointing and grunting instead of words; frustration because they aren't understood.
The Breakthrough: Hearing that first 'I love you' or watching them tell a story with confidence.
Transition from everyday battles to developmental breakthroughs with an evidence-based approach.
My Story: Beyond the "Wait and See"
I wasn’t just a child who struggled to talk or eat. I was a child whose system was waiting for the right foundation to be built.
If you look at my childhood photos, you’ll see the hints that most professionals miss. I was the chronic pacifier toddler. I was the "late talker." I was the "picky eater" who wasn't being stubborn. I simply hadn’t built the oral-motor skillset to keep up with my peers.
I was living in a body that was working twice as hard just to exist.
For years, I uncovered what it meant to struggle with chronic TMJ, frequent ear infections, and constantly being sick. When I began seeing families for speech and feeding therapy, I saw a recurring theme that was being left unaddressed. These children weren't "difficult.” They were still fighting for the foundational skills required to chew and sleep through the night. They were struggling to find the breath and coordination to use words in everyday life.
When I look back at my younger self, I see the red flags that were right in front of me. That personal history is exactly what drove me to move beyond standard Speech Pathology. I didn't want to just treat symptoms; I wanted to build the foundation I never had. That is why I became an Integrated Myofunctional Specialist (IMSC).
I’m here to see the clues others miss—and to give your child the tools to thrive, not just survive.
To children, the world is one big exploration.
I specialize in both speech and feeding, as they are two sides of the same coin. Whether your child is struggling through mealtimes or not yet saying words, the goal is the same: Building their skillset to interact with the world confidently.
